The MSJC volleyball team will open the CCCAA Southern California Regional play-offs Saturday night with a home match against Santa Monica College.

The Lady Eagles who set the school record for victories in a season this year with a record of 21-4 were the second place finishers in the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference North Division. Santa Monica will enter Saturday's contest with an overall record of 12-8, they went 7-1 in their conference matches to win the Western States Conference's East Division.

The play-off appearance in just the second in program history and Saturday will be the first ever play-off game at home for MSJC. Saturday night's match will begin at 6 pm.
