The MSJC men's tennis team won on the road at Victor Valley on Thursday 7-0.
The Eagles men's team traveled to Victor Valley College Thursday and picked up their first win of the season, 7-0. Strong performances were put in by freshmen John Gagnepain, and Andy Gibson.

"The guys had to battle extremely strong winds the whole match, so it took an extra bit of focus on the court.," said Head Coach Cory Page.

The number two doubles team of Gagnepain and Reyes saved two match points to pull off an 8-7 win. Jacob Delgado and Luis Reyes also had solid comeback wins in singles. Sophomore Fernando Arguello only needed 45 minutes to secure the straight-sets win in the number one singles spot. The guys are back in action next Thursday at Mt. SAC.
