Coach Robert Morrow has been teaching and coaching for the past 24 years. He has held various positions as both a head and assistant coach for both boys and girls high school programs throughout the Inland Empire. His stops include Riverside Notre Dame, Norte Vista, Ramona, Moreno Valley, and Martin Luther King high schools.

Morrow was also an assistant coach in the women's basketball program at San Bernardino Valley College, helping the Wolverines to three straight Foothill Conference Championships and a trip to the State Elite Eight while working with head coach Sue Crebbin. Morrow earned Skyline League Coach of the Year honors as the head boy's coach at Notre Dame in 1998 and also earned an Inland League Coach of the Year award as the girl's coach at Moreno Valley HS in 2010. Prior to joing the Eagles staff in 2017 Coach Morrow assisted the boy's program at Moreno Valley under head coach Elzie Landers. Coach Morrow was on the Lady Eagles 2017-18 staff helping MSJC to a State title. Morrow has also been an important part of the Lady Eagles recruting since joining the staff.
