Eagle Soccer Earns Draw Against #2 Chaffey

The MSJC soccer team wrapped up their regular season on Tuesday as they earned a 0-0 draw with Chaffey.

Chaffey came into Tuesday's match ranked #2 in the state and already having the Inland Empire Athletic Conference title clinched.  The Eagles and Panthers battled back and forth for 90 scoreless minutes at HCN Bank Stadium.  Ashlyn Goade made 7 saves to preserve the draw for the Eagles.

MSJC finished the season with an impressive 15-2-2 overall record and a mark of 7-1-2 in IEAC competition.  The 15 victories is the most for the program since 2015 when the Eagles notched 16 wins.

The team now awaits the pairings of the 3C2A Regional play-offs which will be announced on Monday.  The opening round of the play-offs begin on Thursday, keep a look out on this site and on all our social media platforms for more information.
