The MSJC women's soccer team saw their very impressive season come to an end on Saturday as they lost in the 3C2A play-offs 3-0 at Chaffey.

The Eagles could never get their offense in gear on Saturday and lost to the top seeded Panthers in Rancho Cucamonga.  The Panthers took a very early advantage as they scored the day's first goal just 4 minutes into the contest.  MSJC would settle in and go to the locker room at the half down just 1-0.  Two more Chaffey goals though in the 52nd and 64th minutes put the match out of reach.

MSJC finished their fine season with an overall record of 16-3-2.  The 16 wins were the most for the program since 2015 when the team finished with a 16-4 record.  The Eagles also won an opening round play-off match this season against El Camino which was the program's first post season victory since 2016.

The Eagles, who finished second to Chaffey in the league standings, also racked up a number of Inland Empire Athletic Conference honors.  Julio Reyes was named the co-Coach of the Year in the IEAC.  Five Eagles; Belinda Jara, Karyme Mendoza, Addisyn Mangrum, Ava Berger, and Nadia Dogan all earned First Team All-Conference honors.  Aaliyah Sims, Leilani Aves, Stephanie Kenner, Ashlyn Goade, and Alexis Salgado were each named Second Team All-IEAC.
