Jose Lopez joined the MSJC soccer program as an assistant coach in the summer of 2022.  

Lopez played at the collegiate level for four years at Tabor College an NAIA school located in Hillsboro, Kansas. Coach Lopez has 12+ years of coaching experience coaching at different levels including youth development teams, organized clubs and has been coaching at the high school level for the 5+ years. Coach lopez has been a part of the La academia Kicks FC Club where he manages an 04/05 girls' team that just won the 2022 LAUFA championship. Along with coaching an 05 girls club team he is currently recruiting club players as well as top high school talent in the area for the MSJC college program.

Coach Lopez is currently the Girl's Soccer Varsity Head Coach at Citrus Hill High School "I'm grateful for the opportunity to coach at the next level. I can't wait to be challenged and learn as much as I can as well add as much value to the program as I possibly can."
