The MSJC women's tennis team opened their 2023 season on Tuesday by hosting Riverside City College in a non-conference match.

The Eagles come into the season with just one sophomore on their roster, so six MSJC players saw their first official college action Tuesday.  MSJC fell short against RCC 9-0.  The Eagles were able to squeeze out just four games in doubles as they fell behind 3-0.  All six singles players also lost in straight sets, but MSJC #1 Lindsay Lemus did push her second set to a 6-7 final.

The Eagles will be back in action at home on Saturday morning when they host Porterville at 10 am.
