The MSJC men's golf team hosted six other schools on Monday at Soboba Country Club as they continued to compete in Orange Empire Athletic Conference play.

The Eagles were led on the day by Micah Stewart who shot a team best 80, as he shot 42 on the front nine and 38 on the back side.  Camron Doshier was next for MSJC with an 81 followed by Chris Hanson who turned in an 84 for the Eagles as they combined on the afternoon for a team score of 424.  Jose Esquivel and Kai Devilleres rounded out the Eagles scoring with 89 and 90 respectively.

Saddleback posted the best score of the day with a 375 team total.  They were followed by Mt. SAC at 380, Orange Coast at 382, Cypress at 385, and Riverside at 394.  Victor Valley also competed in the event and shot a team score of 445.

The Eagles are right back in action today when they play at Via Verde and will continue OEC action next Monday May 10th at Costa Mesa Country Club.
