The MSJC women's basketball team picked up two more pre-Christmas victories at home this week as they defeated Imperial Valley and Victor Valley.

On Wednesday MSJC built a 32-25 halftime lead on their way to a 58-45 win over Imperial.  Breyonna Bell led the Eagle offense with 15 points, while Jana Roman had a double double with 14 points and 20 rebounds.  Valeria Brewer added 9 points in the victory.

Saturday MSJC out lasted Victor Valley in a high intensity game and came away with 63-61 win.  Bell once again scored a team high, this time with 19 while Roman had another double double with 14 points and 13 rebounds.  Brewer had 9 while Natalie Derla and Drasoni Kyles both had 8.

MSJC is now 12-2 overall and will be back in action on December 29th and 30th when they travel to the Rio Hondo Crossover.
